Losing a beloved pet leaves a space that nothing else can quite fill. They’re not just animals, they’re part of the family — loyal companions who share our everyday moments and unconditional love.
My handmade memory dogs are created from your pet’s blankets, bedding or clothing, carefully transforming them into a keepsake you can hold close and treasure.
Each piece is made by hand here in the UK, with care, compassion, and deep respect for the memories behind every item.

Memory dog options
Each memory dog is made to be completely unique, using your pet’s own items to create something truly personal.
I offer two sizes — a smaller keepsake perfect for display, and a larger, more huggable memory dog designed to bring comfort.
The larger size can include additional features such as a discreet zipped compartment to the back, ideal for holding ashes or small sentimental items.
The ears can be either floppy or sticking up to represent your dogs breed.
I can also add a heart detail to the front of the larger memory dog, which can include printed paw or nose prints, or even a photograph.
Your memory dog is finished with a heart-shaped tag around the neck, personalised with your chosen name or wording.
One of the lovely things about these keepsakes is their flexibility — I can work with a wide range of materials, from your pet’s coats and blankets to smaller items such as toys. I also stock a selection of soft fur fabrics which can be carefully incorporated where needed, helping to create a beautiful and complete finish.
🐾 Pet Memory Pillows
As well as memory dogs, I also create pet memory pillows — a softer, comforting alternative or addition, perfect for keeping your pet close within your home.
Patchwork pillows can be made using your pet’s blankets, bedding or clothing, carefully combining different fabrics to create something truly unique. These can be personalised with embroidered names, dates, or wording, as well as printed details such as paw or nose prints, or even photographs.
For a simpler design, I can create pillows featuring an appliqué heart or bone, with your pet’s name beautifully embroidered.
I also offer a smaller keepsake pillow option, which includes a printed photograph and wording. This can be created entirely from fabrics I have in stock, meaning no pet bedding is required for this option.

If you’d like to include something extra special, I can carefully incorporate items such as collars, tags, or small personal belongings into your keepsake.
For those wanting an even more personal touch, I can add a discreet zipped compartment within your memory dog. This can be used to hold ashes or small sentimental items, keeping your pet close in a private and meaningful way. I also offer small vials designed to sit safely inside if needed.

How much fabric do I need?
A pet blanket, bed cover or around 1 square metre of fabric is usually ideal, but I can guide you depending on what you have. even the smallest amount of fabric can be used, I can always add some soft fur fabric I keep in stock
How long does it take?
Turnaround is typically around 6–8 weeks, with a rush option available if needed.
Can all materials be used?
Most fabrics can be used as each keepsake is fully lined, but I’ll always advise if something may not be suitable.
