Whether it's a loved one's favourite shirt, your baby's tiny first outfits or your faithful dog's blanket, thank you for considering me to be part of that journey.

Before Momma Bear Creates, I was a Teaching Assistant. I loved working with children, and at home I was always sewing—making costumes, gifts and little creations for my own children.

Back then, I never imagined sewing would become my career.

When I was made redundant, it felt like the end of one chapter. Looking back now, I can see it was really the beginning of another.

I started making memory bears over ten years ago, and what began with one keepsake has grown into a business that has been trusted by hundreds of families across the UK.

People often ask how I can work with such sentimental items every day.

The truth is, I never forget that these aren't just pieces of fabric.

They're a dad's favourite shirt.

A baby's first sleepsuit.
A beloved dog's blanket.
A paramedic's uniform after years of dedicated service.

Every parcel that arrives in my workshop represents someone's memories, and I treat every single one with the same care and respect I would want for my own family's treasures.

Running a small business wasn't something I ever planned.

I'm still learning every day.
